Just a formality, but for your own information, please read before placing your order.
Be advised by placing any order with FRONTLINE-GAMES in any way, you are agreeing to the following terms of use:
o Frontline-Games.com nor any portion/ part may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted (in writing) by Frontline-Games.
o Frontline-Games reserves the right to refuse service, terminate and/or cancel orders/ accounts at its discretion, including without limitation if Frontline-Games believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Frontline-Games.
o Frontline-Games is not and will not be responsible for typographical errors in product codes, descriptions, or number of figures in the package. All products will conform fully to manufacturer specifications in all cases.
o Shipping specials such as “Free shipping" or “half priced shipping” applies to orders shipped to US addresses, or APO/FPO addresses ONLY. International Orders are processed on case by case bases – contact Frontline-Games for more information.
o Payments made with “PayPal” will be shipped to the address provided in the PayPal email which is sent to us by PayPal when you make a payment. If you require Frontline-Games to ship to a different address, please make the change with PayPal before you make the payment (this can be done at their website once you log into your account). PayPal only covers items if they are shipped to the address provided to us in the email they send when you make a payment. So please verify the address with PayPal before you send payment, we WILL ship to that address.
o All prices are listed in U.S. funds and all transactions (including international transactions) take place in US funds
o Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. International customers are responsible for all customs duty or local taxation. All prices indicated on this site are prior to any applicable taxes or duty. Frontline-Games has nothing to do without side taxes.
o Returns/ exchanges are handled on a per customer bases. Unless it is the fault of Frontline-Games, returns/ exchanges must be approved first by Frontline-Games. If approved, customer may at this point return the items for merchandise credit at their own expense. All applicable fees will be applied. o All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Frontline-Games or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Frontline-Games and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Frontline-Games or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site may be used for shopping and selling.
