Basing Solution (100ml) - basing aid - FRONTLINE GAMES

Frontline Games Miniature Basing (30ml) Solution comes in the easy application bottle - tip!

Our new miniature BASING SOLUTION is specially formulated to add flock and other items easily to your miniature bases!
Simply shake well, open and use the easy-applicator tip to apply the solution needed. If you have flat-top bases, apply some of the solution on to your bases and use a brush to spread it or in the case of lipped bases simply apply it into the inner portion of the lipped base, once you have applied the solution in all of the areas of the base "swish" the base in the flock of your choice. You can also add items like rocks, wood, bushes and so on. Apply the solution on top of the item and watch as it seeps into the deep recess and it drys all around the item sealing it in a nice flat finished on your base.

(It is also suggested to protect your completed models with a flat clear coat.)

Here is a simple How-to:

We have three miniatures that need to be flocked, two on lipped based (25mmx50mm & 25mm round) and one on a flat 20mm base

First we picked a flock blend. We used "Forest Floor Blend." Then we got a small box to pour some of the flock into. This is so we can swish the based miniatures in the flock to get the flock onto the area where the solution was applied.

Picked the infantryman first, applied the Basing Solution onto the lipped-25mm base, swished it around in the flock, and once completely in the applied areas, removed it and cleaned off the excess with my finger and let dry - that quick and simple!

Repeated the same steps as above with the cavalryman!

The Monk is on a flat 20mm square base, so in this case we simply applied the solution to the base and used a flat faint brush to spread it around to completely cover the base and then swished around in the flock. Wiped away the excess and it was done!

Look at how nice that looks!

We wanted to add a rock to his base, so we used tweezers to place the rock, applied a liberal amount of Basing Solution on the rock. The basing solution drys FLAT and seeps into the small reaches so when it drys there will be a clear coat over the rock! We recommend letting them dry over night.
